We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or other unforeseen obligations however, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are possibly preventing someone else from getting much needed care. 

Equally, someone else may not notify use of their inability to keep and appointment making you unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a what appears to be “filled” appointment time. When an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance there will be a fee charged to you of thirty-five dollars ($35); this is not covered and cannot be billed to your insurance company.
